Tilda again

It's been my day off today and I had coloured this image earlier in the week when I got some new Promarkers from Wendy at Secret Crafter. I happened to see that Nitwit Collections had a new Christmas download so I was very good and just bought the papers instead of the whole kaboodle. Hunted through the wardrobe and found my old sizzix scalloped oval die and cut the shape with that. Little poinsettias I got this week from Joanna Sheen's website and also the crystal snowflake at the bottom. Bit of ribbon and lots of stickles on T's scarf and the blue background paper. I know the ribbon's cockeyed a bit but so are my eyes!!

Thanks for looking.

Tilda with a cold behind

Firstly I'd like to apologise for the awful photo but it's so dark and dismal today and if I put the card under the light I get tons of glare back so this was the best of quite a few I took. Tilda coloured with H2O's this time with a touch of stardust here and there. Backing paper is Imaginesce with glittered snowflakes, a few snowflake stickers, some sequins and ribbon. Transluscent vellum which has been cuttlebugged and a Cuddly Buddly greeting. For sure it looks better in the flesh.
Thanks for looking.

New paper and Tilda again.

Couldn't wait to use my new Daisy Bucket paper but then couldn't fnd anything to tone in colourwise so have tried my best. The paper is double sided so used the pattern side as a feature and the backside! as a base. Tilda coloured with watercolours and stardust pens, greeting is Cuddly Buddly which I am finding indespensible at the moment as they are so easy to do and usually turn out very well. Flowers are Flora Doodles mini florettes from the Joanna Sheen shop - they're really sweet and have a little gem in the middle of each one and you get loads.

This will probably be my last card for a while as I'm back to work tomorrow - hey ho!
Thanks for taking the time to have a lookie.

Penny Black Snowy

This was an image I found from last year - all coloured, glittered and ready to go to a good home so I've just matted onto green and red card, added a ribbon and sentiment from my stash. Paper is Cuddly Buddly freebie and that's about it.
Thanks for looking.

The Other One

My second Christmas Tilda only this time I decided to go with a different colour scheme. She's just so sweet and pretty in pink (and green). Image coloured with stardust pens hence the sparkle. Paper is Daisy Bucket again, sentiment is Cuddly Buddly - Naughty or Nice but you can't see it very well on the photo. A few punched snowflakes and a bit of ribbon. Simple but just enough I think.
Thanks for looking and that's my lot for today.

Christmas Tilda

I'm really pleased with this one - my new Tilda stamp (I bought 3 actually - 2 christmas ones and another) from http://www.ali-craft.co.uk/index.php. Alison has a huge range of Magnolia stamps and all the latest Christmas ones that I couldn't find anywhere. Free p&p over £10 and great service as well.

Coloured her in with Pro Markers and water colour pencils. Drew the little (chocolate) log meself and mounted onto antique gold card. Paper is Daisy Bucket from last year and embossed border is a Joanna Sheen Messy Rabbit stamp. Didn't know whether to colour the border in or not so I've just left it for the moment. Sentiment is an Elzybells stamp. Glitter hasn't quite dried yet I hope or else the snow is a pretty weird colour!

Hope you like her and thanks for looking.

I've got that Christmas feeling

Here we go with my first cards on the new blog. Elzybells stamps that I bought a while ago and they are so cute. I really like making Christmas cards although I don't send out that many. As I've been on holiday this week I promised myself I would try and make at least one card a day......yeah right!

Anyway various papers were used - Pink Petticoat and Kay Miller on the blue one, Daisy Bucket and Basic Grey on the middle and Damask Delights plus BG again on the bottom one. Stickles, glitter, ribbon etc from my hoard and sentiments are Cuddly Buudly (round one), Elzybells (wobbly one). Images coloured with combination of Pro Markers and Stardust pens.
Thanks for looking and it's good to be back.
